Protocol for Partnership Intervention Panel

The Group that deals with anti social behaviour perpetrated by individuals or identified individuals within a group is the Partnership Interventions Panel (PIP) and this protocol is intended to set out how this group:

· Is governed

· Considers and handles reports of anti social behaviour

· Handles data sharing

· Acts to intervene in anti-social and criminal behaviour

· Undertakes the process of needs assessment and provision of support required

· Undertakes the process of assessing appropriate tools to use, and then applying and using those tools

The current protocol is under revision due to the ongoing government review of work to tackle ASB and the anticipated introduction of new tools and guidance.
