High Hedge Applications
If formal mediation is undertaken there will be a reduction in the fee equivalent to the costs incurred by attempting formal mediation, up to a maximum reduction of £160. A full refund will be given where a Tree Preservation Order is placed on the hedge in question. A fee of £100 to be paid by householders making a complaint who are in receipt of benefits

Local Plan Review Site Advice
In connection with our Local Plan Review work, and more specifically our recent 'call for sites', there have been a number of requests for meetings with senior members of our policy team to discuss particular sites in more detail. We will facilitate this process to help prospective developers understand how their sites will be assessed, to explain the next stages in the process and to give them an opportunity to explain the merits of their particular proposals. However, the Council is still at an evidence gathering stage of Local Plan review work and these meetings should not be regarded as pre-application/allocation meetings.  For full details please follow this link:  "Fees"
