Waiting List - Homesearch
You can ask us to review a decision we have made about:
-your eligibility to join the waiting list
-your priority on the waiting list
If you think the decision is wrong you must write to the Council within seven days of receiving the decision letter. A Senior Officer who was not involved in the original decision will review your case and you will be notified in writing of the outcome of the review.
If you are unhappy with the service provided by Homesearch and wish to make a complaint, or you do not agree with a decision we have made about your application please contact the Homesearch Team on the telephone number at the top of this page or by email.
